We are a Polish manufacturer of machinery and integrated systems for recycling applications. Our solutions are already operating in numerous facilities across Europe. We specialize in the design, construction, and commissioning of complete processing lines for the recovery of non-ferrous metals and plastics.

🔍 ATV Eddy Current Separators – what do we offer?

Our separator range includes several models with belt widths from 330 mm up to 2200 mm, available in two variants:
• Concentric models (A) – classic design, ideal for glass, ASR, PET
• Eccentric models (P) – higher separation precision, especially for fine metal fractions

ATV separators are available in sizes:

• Belt widths: from 330 mm to 2200 mm
• Rotor speed up to 4000 rpm (depending on the version)
• Drive: motors from 3.0 kW to 7.5 kW plus belt drive

For clients wishing to verify the effectiveness of our solutions with their own materials, we offer the possibility of trial runs in our research and testing center in Poland. You can send your material (PET, glass, ASR, metals, e-waste), and we will select and set the optimal device parameters – all before purchase.
