Complete vertical packaging system version with volumetric dosing unit, one cup, single-tank conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging granular products such as sugar, rice, nuts, etc. The vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC system (touchscreen operating monitor, available in multiple languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, film transport servo motor, dual transport possible, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing—without creating a vacuum), holder device for heavy finished bags, Euro-hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may incur additional cost). — Specifications of the VFFS packaging machine: filling range up to 5000 ml; film width max. 620 mm; bag size min-max: L(100–400) x W(180–300) mm; max. machine cycle rate in idle: 45 cycles/min; stainless steel 304; 220V, 5kW; 6 bar, 0.3 m³/min; packaging machine dimensions: LxWxH: approx. 1780x1850x1950 mm; weight: 700 kg.
