Sample system for counting and packaging small metal items or hardware in flat bags with back seal. The weighing and counting system with vertical form-fill-seal machine is suitable for small metal products such as nails, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. The iron and metal items are conveyed via a magnetic belt to the weighing and counting system and then packaged in flat bags.

– Specifications of the weighing-counting-packaging system: max. machine cycle speed in idle mode: 8 cycles/minute; bag dimensions: max. L200xW300mm; power: approx. 2kW, 220V; compressed air requirement: 0.2m³/min, 6-8 bar. The system can be extended for counting and packaging a variety of products into one bag. The specifications provided refer to the sample packaging system. Final machine dimensions and total price depend, among other factors, on the required packaging speed, the products to be packaged, and the bag size.
