Opis

Complete dosing and packaging system for liquids, including tank, pump, and discharge conveyor. Suitable for viscous and non-viscous liquids such as creams, toothpaste, body lotion, shampoo, mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, jam, cooking oil, vinegar, juice, milk, etc. The vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operator panel, available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, dual transport possible, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the pouch before sealing—does not create a vacuum), holder for heavy finished bags, Euro hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may incur extra charge).
