AMTEC VFFS-MWM H14-S90XS

VFFS machine with integrated free-fall metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products, equipped with a 14-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without a platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seal, gusseted stand-up pouches (gusset tool required) OR pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical form fill seal machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photosensor (print mark detection) for seal/cut position; servo-driven sealing unit for end seals; servo motor for film draw-off; ribbon printer for batch number, date, and best before date (BBD).

- Multihead weigher specifications: Number of weighing heads: 14; Weighing range (single discharge): 1~60g; Volume per head: 0.3L; Weighing accuracy: X(0.5); Discharge flap: single flap; Surface finish: smooth (optionally dimpled); Product contact parts: AISI 304 (optional upgrade to AISI 316 at extra cost).

- Free-fall metal detector specifications: Sensitivity: FE from Ø 1.2mm, AISI from Ø 2.5mm; pipe diameter: according to forming collar.

- VFFS machine specifications: max. machine cycle rate (idle): 90 cycles/minute; bag size: L(40-250)xW(50-170)mm (double film draw-off possible for longer bags); suitable film width: 120-360mm; product contact parts: AISI 304 (optional AISI 316 at extra cost); power supply: 220V, 50/60Hz; required compressed air: 0.4-0.8MPa.
