AMTEC VFFS-MWM H14-S85M

VFFS machine with integrated gravity metal detector for inspecting free-falling products, equipped with a 14-head multihead weigher suitable for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without platform frame. Suitable for the production of pillow bags with back seal, gusseted stand-up pouches (requires gusseting tool), OR pyramid-shaped bags (requires special sealing unit). The vertical packaging machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photo sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; servo-driven sealing unit for end sealing; servo motor for film feeding; thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, and best-before date.

- VFFS Machine Specifications: max. machine speed (no load): 85 cycles/min; Bag size: L(40-300)xW(60-220)mm, (double film draw-off possible for longer bags); suitable film width: 140-460mm; product-contact parts: AISI 304 (optionally AISI 316 at additional cost); power supply: 220V, 50/60Hz; required compressed air: 0.4-0.8MPa.
