AMTEC VFFS-MWM H14-S65L

VFFS machine with integrated gravity metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products, equipped with a 14-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seal, gusseted stand-up pouches (gusset tooling required) OR pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical form-fill-seal machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photo sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; servo-driven sealing unit for end sealing; servo motor for film pull-off; thermal transfer printer for lot number, date, best-before date.

- Multihead weigher specifications: Number of weighing heads: 14; weighing range (per single discharge): 10–1500g; volume per weighing head: 1.6L; weighing accuracy: X(0.5); discharge chute: single gate; surface finish: smooth (optionally dimpled); product-contact parts made of: AISI 304 (optionally AISI 316 at extra charge).

- Gravity metal detector specifications: Sensitivity: FE from Ø 1.2mm, AISI from Ø 2.5mm; tube diameter: according to forming collar.

- VFFS machine specifications: max. machine cycle rate (no load): 65 cycles/min; bag size: L(70–270)×W(70–270)mm (double film feed for longer bags possible); suitable film width: 160–560mm; product-contact parts made of: AISI 304 (optionally AISI 316 at extra charge); power supply: 220V, 50/60Hz; required compressed air: 0.4–0.8MPa.
