VFFS machine with integrated gravity metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products, and 14-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without platform frame. Suitable for the production of pillow bags with back seam, gusseted stand-up pouches (gusset tool required) OR pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical form fill seal machine features: touchscreen; PLC; photo sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; pneumatic sealing unit for end sealing; servo motor for film feed; thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, best-before date.

- Multihead weigher specifications: Number of weighing heads: 10; weighing range (individual discharge): 2~200g; volume per weighing head: 0.5L; weighing accuracy: X(0.5); discharge flap: single flap; surface finish: smooth (optional dimpled); product-contact parts: AISI 304 (AISI 316 available at extra cost).

- Gravity metal detector specifications: Sensitivity: FE from Ø 1.2mm, AISI from Ø 2.5mm; pipe diameter: according to forming shoulder.

- VFFS machine specifications: max. operating cycles (empty): 65 cycles/minute; bag size: L(40-300) x W(60-220)mm, (double film feed for longer bags possible); suitable film width: 140-460mm; product-contact parts: AISI 304 (AISI 316 available at extra cost); power supply: 220V, 50/60Hz; required compressed air: 0.4-0.8MPa.
