Vertical packaging machine specifically designed for the cosmetics industry for the production of round sachets and four-side sealed twin-chamber sachets. Completely round-edge sealed sachets are produced, two per cycle. Changing the sachet type requires time-consuming conversion and technical experience. Included is a dosing pump for creams, fluids, etc., which is selected according to customer-specific product requirements and determines the respective specifications. PLC and LCD touchscreen by Siemens, automatic program setup, print mark sensor, SS304 stainless steel version including hot stamping device (for production date, etc.).
