Fully automatic thermoforming machine: Cups/containers are formed, filled, and sealed with film. Suitable for vacuum, gas, and modified atmosphere packaging of food products, meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables, medical items, and household goods. Key components made from stainless steel, easily replaceable modular forming molds, water cooling system for the thermoforming tool and sealing unit. Vacuum pump by BUSCH (Germany), PLC, touchscreen, and servo motor by OMRON, relays and circuit breakers by SCHNEIDER. Top packaging materials: heat-sealable films; bottom packaging materials: thermoformable sealing film; both rigid and flexible films can be used.
