Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, and general care products like shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sun cream, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (closed with a cap) made of plastic, aluminum, or coated composite material. Fully automatic tube feeding and alignment (rotation in the tray) by print mark, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Before filling, the tube undergoes air rinsing to prevent contamination. No tube - no filling is a standard feature. Water cooling system, batch/date printer, and a dosing unit consisting of a pneumatic piston pump and supply tank with level sensor are included. PLC-controlled, operation via touchscreen. Optional at extra cost: heated supply tank, agitator for the supply tank, additional format sets (trays) for different tube diameters, external tube feed lift. – Specifications: maximum machine cycle rate (idle): 80 cycles/minute; filling range: 1-400 ml; accuracy: ±0.5%; tube diameter: 10-60 mm (a tray is required for each tube diameter); tube length: 50-240 mm; number of filling heads: 1; supply tank capacity: 40 L; product-contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel; power supply: 220/380V, power consumption: 9kW; compressed air: 0.4-0.6MPa.
