AMTEC TF 300-160 HS

High-speed tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, general personal care products like shower gels, shampoos, hair gels, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (closed with a cap) made of plastic, aluminum, or coated composite materials. Fully automatic feeding and alignment of tubes (rotation in the holder) based on registration marks, as well as filling and sealing of tubes. Before filling, the tubes are air-flushed to prevent contamination. No-tube-no-fill function is also a standard feature. An external tube feed lift, water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit (consisting of a pneumatic piston pump and storage tank with level sensor) are included. PLC controlled, operated via touchscreen. Optional at extra cost: heated storage tank, agitator for storage tank, additional format sets (holders) for different tube diameters.
