Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, and general care products like shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sun cream, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (closed with a cap) made of plastic. Fully automatic feeding, orientation of the tubes (rotation in the tray) using the print mark, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Before filling, the tube is air-rinsed to prevent contamination. The no tube – no fill function is also a standard feature. Water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit consisting of a pneumatic piston pump and storage tank with level sensor are included. PLC controlled, operated via touchscreen.
