This floor-standing machine is designed for mixing a large number of dry products. Thanks to the planetary movement of the mixing tool, the mixer achieves an intensive and homogeneous mix.

The system consists of a stainless steel container – material 316L, mirror polished, Ra < 0.8 µm – and a stainless steel frame that houses the container lid with the integrated mixing units and drive mechanisms.

The mixing container has a capacity of approximately 90 litres (usable volume approx. 30 to 60 litres) and is mounted and clamped onto two support arms. After the material is loaded, the vessel is hydraulically raised, immersing the mixing tool into the batch.

The mixer is equipped with a stainless steel spiral mixing tool (45°). Mixing speed is adjustable via a gearbox, with selectable speeds of 48, 82, 135, and 231 rpm. The container is emptied through a discharge outlet at the center of the vessel base.

Operation and control – including recipe and batch management – are carried out via a control panel mounted on a separate stainless steel cabinet. The operating language is English. The system is prepared for use in ATEX-rated (explosion-proof) environments.
