Fully automatic tube filler for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, or general care products like shower gel, shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-formed tubes (sealed with caps) made of aluminum. The machine provides fully automatic feeding and orientation of tubes (rotation in the slot) based on registration marks, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Prior to filling, the tubes are air-rinsed to prevent contamination. The no-tube-no-fill function is also a standard feature. Water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit comprising pneumatic piston pump and storage tank with level sensor are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen.
