Fully automatic filling and sealing machine for filling pharmaceutical liquids into vials. Suitable for aseptic filling and for vaccines. The main unit doses reliably and precisely using a peristaltic pump system and seals the vials with a lyophilization stopper. The 8-head capping unit also operates at high speed and precision and is suitable for aluminum screw caps. Vials are individually guided, ensuring safe and rapid filling and sealing. Includes a collection table for the finished product, which, together with the capper and main filling machine, flexibly combines to form a complete line. All machines/modules are equipped with dust protection covers and laminar flow hoods.
