AMTEC SAF-5000 Semi

Semi-automatic auger filler for 100-5000g dosing. Suitable for dosing and filling powdered products. Stand-alone version including auger conveyor and supply hopper. Also included: horizontal screw conveyor to prevent unwanted product dribble, dust extraction preparation, PLC control and touch-screen monitor, weighing sensor (operates automatically for each dosage), bag-clip mechanism, auger screws for 500g and 2000g dosages, lid for the auger conveyor to ensure closure. Suitable for filling into bags, cans, jars, and other containers.

The auger conveyor features a stainless steel housing with stainless steel pipe. The supply hopper holds 230 liters and is equipped with a vibration motor for consistent product flow.
