Stand-alone auger filler with weight feedback via integrated weighing unit. Controlled via touchscreen and PLC; product programming possible. Hopper capacity: 25 litres. Filling weight: 10–500g. Expansion of the filling range up to 5–600g possible with an additional dosing screw. Built-in level sensors and load cells ensure accuracy through continuous monitoring and automatic dosage correction. Stainless steel version with servomotor. Included: level sensor in the openable supply hopper for easy cleaning, height adjustment for the filling head, free-flow module for improved control of product flow, and dust protection cover. - Specifications: Packaging accuracy (depending on product and total weight): 0–2% (for 0–100g), 0–1% (for 100–500g), 0–0.5% (for 500g and above); max. machine cycles in idle per minute: 50 cycles/minute; power: 220V, 0.95kW; machine dimensions: L800xW790xH1900mm; weight: 130kg.
