Automatic multi-lane filling and sealing machine for cups or containers, including a film sealing unit. Suitable for various container sizes, shapes, and materials (e.g., PP, PS, PET, paper, laminated films, etc.). Equipped with 6 piston pumps for dosing pastes and liquids. The system can generally be configured for all types of (separate) dosing systems for fresh or dry, chunky products, granulates, or powder products (possible price adjustment). This allows for ideal filling and packaging of ready meals, noodles, pasta, fresh or dried fruit, snacks, soup powders, frozen meals, yogurt, ice cream, jam, etc. Fully automatic operation from container/cup feed, filling, sealing with film, and closing with a lid. Easy operation via touchscreen monitor, stainless steel version (SUS304), easy to clean. Additional features: print mark sensor, hopper agitator, level sensor, color ribbon printer with 6 print heads.
