Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for processing and further handling of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks with zip closure. Especially suitable for large pre-made pouches. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. As standard, one dosing unit and thus one feed hopper are installed. The machine can optionally be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second feed hopper, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which can increase production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch size (min.–max.): L(110–310)xW(90–210)mm; max. filling capacity: 1600ml; max. machine cycle rate (no load): 50 cycles/min; 4.5kW; 15m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)2700x(W)970x(H)1400mm; weight: 900kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional modules (e.g., discharge belt or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and are for demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on samples.

The machine/plant is also available in other versions for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
