Rotary filling and sealing machine for pre-made pouches with 6 operating stations. Suitable for flat pouches and doy packs. Simple operation via touchscreen and SIEMENS PLC, frequency converter for speed control, no-bag (or no open bag) no-fill/seal function. Motorized bag width adjustment, oil-free plastic bearings. All parts in contact with the pouch or product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Can be used with all types of feeding and dosing modules (optional) for packaging granulated products, liquids, pastes, powders, etc. Suitable for a wide range of film materials such as composite and single-layer PE and PP films, paper, etc. (details available on request). Vertical bag feeding via hopper (for flat pouches, optional: horizontal feeding). Vacuum unit for opening pouches made from thinner film materials.
