Rotary filling and sealing machine for pre-made pouches with 6 production stations. Suitable for flat pouches and doypacks. Easy operation via touchscreen and SIEMENS PLC, frequency converter for speed control, no-bag (or no open bag) no-fill/no-seal function. Motorized adjustment of pouch width, oil-free plastic bearings. All parts in contact with the pouch or product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Can be equipped with all common feeding and dosing modules (optional) for packing granular products, liquids, pastes, powders, etc. Suitable for a wide range of films such as composite and single-layer PE and PP films, paper, etc. (details available upon request). Vertical pouch feeding via hopper (for flat pouches, optional: horizontal feed). Vacuum unit for opening pouches with thinner film material. Suitable for the following pouch dimensions: L(200-450)xW(200-300)mm.
