Filling and capping machine for filling liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with screw cap (spout). Suitable for pre-made stand-up pouches with side spout (corner spout) or top spout. The rotary system is equipped with 3 filling stations, each with two filling heads for dosing liquids and two heads for positioning and sealing spout caps. Additional features include: Feed elevator for spout caps, external CIP cleaning module, air purification system for internal cleaning of the unit. Electronic components by Schneider and Omron, PLC and touchscreen by SIEMENS, pneumatic components by AIRTAC.
