Horizontal packaging machine, MINI VERSION, for pre-made doypacks, block bottom bags, or flat bags in duplex version with higher cycle speed. Modules for specific bag features such as zip/press closure, screw cap (spout), and gusset form can be integrated. Optional: batch/date printer, gas flushing module. Bag detectors check for correct placement and full opening of the doypack. Once the bag is detected, the product is dispensed into the bag via the filling spout. The sealing area is kept clean during this process. A special gripping system holds the stand-up pouch precisely in position during filling, before the doypack is closed and sealed. MITSUBISHI PLC, SMC vacuum filter, OMRON PID temperature control, AIRTAC cylinders. - Specifications: stainless steel housing (SS304); max. machine cycle speed in idle mode: 25 cycles/minute; bag width: 100-300 mm; bag length: 100-350 mm; required compressed air: 6.5 bar, 0.4 m³/min; power supply: 220V, single-phase, 2kW.
