Sample system for filling wet cabbage salads such as sauerkraut or red cabbage into pre-made bags, including vacuum sealing of the bags. The volumetric dosing station is a rotary machine, with the specific feature of using a piston cylinder to press the product into the bag. The filled bags are then transferred to the likewise rotating vacuum and sealing station. Ten individual chamber vacuum sealers—especially suitable for products with high liquid content—ensure excellent vacuum results. Thermal transfer printer and product infeed unit included. PLC controlled, operated via touchscreen. Suitable for a wide range of bags, e.g. made from composite and single-layer aluminum, PE, BOPP, and PP films, as well as paper, etc.
