Horizontal intermittently-operating, gear-driven forming, filling, and sealing machine for pouches, designed for filling (1 station) and further processing of flat and stand-up pouches with or without zip closure, with the option to integrate a variety of dosing systems (auger filler, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units, etc.). Equipped with SIEMENS PLC, touchscreen, and frequency converter; sensors by OMRON, SMC, and FESTO. Low-voltage components by SCHNEIDER; temperature control by OMRON. Pneumatic components by FESTO. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). - Specifications: pouch sizes: L(140-280)xW(85-210)mm; max. pouch depth: 80mm; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 60 cycles/minute; pouch magazine: stainless steel; power supply: 380V, 7.0kW; compressed air: 0.5m³, 6bar; machine dimensions (without filling system): L5927xW1317xH1942mm; net/gross weight: 1600/1800kg. - Optional: various dosing systems available.
