Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) in regular and irregular shapes, with hanging hole, without zip closure. Especially suitable for medium-sized stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production step. By default, one dosing unit and one filling hopper are included. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either two different materials to be processed or the filling process to be split, which can increase production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operator panel (menu available in several languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(110-260)xW(90-180)mm; max. filling volume: 1200ml; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 50 cycles/minute; 6.5kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)5700x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 2000kg. Filling stations and/or additional modules shown in the machine photo (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) are optional extras and shown for demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films, whereby the films used must have print marks. We are happy to check and confirm suitable compatibility based on sample material.
