Horizontally operating intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with a hanging hole, without zip closure. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side sealing. Particularly suitable for small pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). The machine processes three pouches per production stroke, achieving a higher output per minute. Three dosing units are required for the production process. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in multiple languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control.

- Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(90-180)xW(50-80)mm; max. filling capacity: 100ml; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 230 cycles/minute; 4.5kW; 13m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3550x(W)970x(H)1500mm; weight: 1500kg. All parts in contact with product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional modules shown in the machine photo (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) are optional extras and for demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We will gladly check and confirm individual material compatibility based on sample testing.
