Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic manufacturing, filling, and sealing of double sachets (flat pouches) in regular or irregular shapes, optionally with hanging hole, without zip closure. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side sealing. Particularly suitable for small pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger fillers, weighers, volumetric dosing units, liquid, paste, and other dosing modules). Two pouches are processed per production cycle, resulting in higher output per minute. Two dosing units are required for operation.

All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional attachment modules (e.g., discharge conveyor belt or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and are presented for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm corresponding compatibility based on sample material.

The machine/system is also available in other versions for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
