Horizontal form-fill-seal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular or irregular shapes, featuring a corner screw cap. Especially suited for small format stand-up pouches. Integration of liquid and paste fillers is possible. Two pouches are processed per production cycle, resulting in a higher output per minute. By default, the machine is equipped with two dosing units and, accordingly, two filling hoppers. It is possible to equip the machine with two additional dosing units and hoppers, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process to further increase production speed (especially relevant for viscous products). Main components include: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in multiple languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Any dosing units or additional attachments (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar), as shown in the machine photo, are optional and offered separately, included here for illustration purposes only. This machine is suitable for a variety of composite films; however, used films must have registration marks. We are happy to verify and confirm compatibility based on sample material.
