Small, compact benchtop counting unit for counting tablets/pills with standard and irregular shapes, capsules, and solid granules similar to tablet-like products such as candies. Also suitable for gel and gelatin capsules: After receiving samples, we can test and confirm processability if required. Following this, filling into bottles, cans, jars, etc. The counting machine is equipped with electronic photo sensors (dust-resistant) and additional function sensors and alarm features. Materials are conveyed gently and break-free to the collecting container via 4 counting channels using vibratory feed rails. The feed hopper, with its specific design, prevents jamming of the products. Operation is via an easy-to-use touchscreen. The operating menu is available in German or English.
