Fully automatic machine for screwing caps onto containers, including a conveyor belt for integration into the packaging line. Two capping heads ensure a high output per minute by allowing two containers to be closed per cycle. The quickly interchangeable capping heads make the machine suitable for a wide range of different cap types. A precision positioning device ensures exact placement of the cap on the container before tightening. Key components: Mitsubishi PLC, Stick sensor, pneumatic components from AIRTAC.
