Big bag filling systems are suitable for filling big bags in standard commercial sizes. The big bags are filled with product, for example, via screw conveyors, rotary valves, or a hopper feeder. The big bag stations can be linked together and optionally equipped with an automatic changeover system. This changeover system ensures that when a 'bag full' message is received, the filling process continues at the next big bag station, preventing any interruption in the filling process and providing time to replace the filled big bag.

The filling station is equipped with a vibration system to compact the product inside the big bag during filling. This allows big bags to be filled with approximately 10–15% more material, ensuring they maintain their shape and remain stable in place.
