Extraction unit with rotary airlock, barely used. The device was a misinstallation – the rotary airlock was never properly connected to a conveying line or container, and therefore only used infrequently due to its awkward setup. However, if a rotary airlock is required, this unit offers an excellent solution.

The integrated pre-separator protects the filter bags from direct dust exposure, achieving a high level of pre-separation by relaxing the intake air stream. This significantly reduces the load on the filters, thereby extending the service life and durability of the filter bags.

The clean-air side fan is housed in an aerodynamically optimized casing. The well-conceived design of the steel impeller with backward-curved blades ensures maximum efficiency. The motor is located in the return air flow and covered with a sound-insulated hood.

The integrated PLC control unit in the housing offers both manual operation and the option to connect to a machine for automatic ON/OFF control via a volt-free contact. Filter cleaning is performed automatically after each extraction cycle.
