Agfa Palladio 30 - Screen 2055 Violet

For sale is a complete CTP system in excellent condition: AGFA Palladio 30 – essentially a Screen 2055Vi with two Bacher punching units. This is a full system, including a gumming unit (not a developer, as it only applies gum), RIP PC with Harlequin v10 software, and plate stacker.

Digital plate production system. Violet laser with a maximum plate size of 680 x 830 mm, minimum plate format 324 x 370 mm, maximum imaging area 633 x 830 mm. Resolution up to 3000 dpi, material thicknesses: 0.15 mm and 0.30 mm.

Productivity:
Approximately 20 plates per hour at 2400 dpi or 30 plates per hour at 1200 dpi with Azura CTP plates or Fujifilm violet plates. Both manufacturers still supply these plates, and there are also excellent-quality plates from China available.

The system was used with a Heidelberg SM74 and SM52; the respective magazines for both formats are included. As mentioned, two Bacher punching units are already installed in the machine.

This is a complete system comprising imagesetter, gumming/washout unit, PC RIP with monitor, and plate stacker. The system can be installed and be ready to image plates the same day; the machine is still in daily use. The machine will be professionally dismantled by an Agfa-Screen technician, including all necessary transport safeguards.
