Opis

The Azimuth CNC coordinate measuring machine (CMM) from Aberlink is the largest model in our range and reflects over twenty years of experience and excellence in the development of innovative metrology technology.

Kfodpfx Aovwbabjh Asa
It has been specifically designed for the precise measurement of large and heavy workpieces weighing up to 6,000 kg. The revolutionary bridge construction incorporates aluminium honeycomb core panels originally developed for Formula 1 and aerospace applications.

This design offers a remarkable stiffness-to-weight ratio, enhancing both performance and speed of the Azimuth. With travel ranges of X 1200 mm, Y 2000 or 3000 mm, and Z 1000 mm, as well as volumetric accuracy up to (2.6 + L/250) µm, the Azimuth guarantees maximum precision.

The scale resolution is 0.1 µm. A specially engineered load plate system allows heavy components to be positioned directly on the granite base, with the load transferred directly to the floor without affecting metrological performance.

The user-friendly Aberlink 3D measurement software enables a short learning curve, allowing precise measurements to be performed even without prior knowledge. Free software updates ensure the system always remains up to date.

Following that, the machine was taken out of operation. As part of the complete overhaul, all motors, bearings, and the entire control cabinet, including frequency converters, were replaced with new components. The machine is suitable for both wet grinding and polishing. A wastewater treatment unit, including pumps, is currently not available. However, we can retrofit this as per customer requirements. The conveyor systems (roller conveyors) between the grinding stations must also be retrofitted to suit your workpieces. The machine can process tube diameters from 10 mm to 160 mm. The grinding/polishing motors offer a power output of 7.5 kW per station. The system can be inspected by appointment in our warehouse at D-63128 Dietzenbach.
