The equipment comprises a manually operated stacking crane with forklift functionality, designed to service the STAK System racking. The crane's rated lifting capacity is 1,000 kg. Loads are stored on the stand using removable sheet steel pallets, each with a permissible load capacity of 1,000 kg. The crane lifts and positions the load together with the pallet. The racking design allows for flexible arrangement of the pallets with 98 mm pitch heights. The crane travels within the aisle between the double-sided rack rows and features a runway extension at one end to facilitate forklift loading. A pair of rigid U-profile columns are located beneath the crane, ensuring the vertical guidance of the fork structure. The guide column is connected to the carriage via a ball ring, enabling full rotation of the load. Lifting is achieved via an electric chain hoist drum mounted atop the rotor. The trolley runs freely between the two I-beam main supports of the crane. Longitudinal movement is on rails mounted atop the rack rows. At the runway extension, the rail overhangs the scaffolding row. The rear of the column is equipped with handles enabling movement and rotation of the structure both longitudinally and transversely. The control box for operating the hoisting gear is also located here.
