This is a robust machine that operates on compressed air and 220V—Plug and Play! It is extremely suitable for filling small batches. Even a very small compressor is sufficient to operate this machine; a compressor can be supplied if desired.

The filling machine is equipped with a 500ml cylinder, allowing it to fill up to 500ml per stroke. By repeating the stroke, multiples can be filled easily. The smallest stroke is 50ml; any volume between 50 and 500ml can be dispensed in a single stroke.

It features a large 25L hopper, and a coupling can be made to connect to an IBC or 200L drum for even faster processing with large filling volumes. The machine is equipped with both a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine fills continuously, enabling quick and easy handling of larger quantities. With the foot pedal, filling can be done at your own pace.

Depending on the operator and the fill volume, 15-25 units per minute can be filled, making this a very fast machine. The machine weighs approximately 15-20kg and can be easily placed on a table. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, this is a very high-quality machine.
