This is a very robust machine operating on compressed air and 220V power, Plug and Play! It is perfectly suited for small batch filling. Even a small compressor is sufficient to run this machine. A compressor can be supplied if desired.

The filling machine features a 500ml cylinder, allowing a maximum fill of 500ml per cycle. By running multiple cycles, higher volumes can easily be filled. The minimum fill is 50ml per cycle, with any volume between 50 and 500ml achievable in a single stroke.

The unit comes with a large 25L hopper. It is also possible to connect to an IBC container or a 200L drum for increased throughput during high-volume filling operations. The machine is equipped with a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, the unit continuously fills, making it easy and quick to process larger quantities. The foot pedal allows for manual filling at your own pace.

Depending on the operator and fill volume, the machine can achieve a throughput of 15-25 units per minute, making it an exceptionally fast machine. Weighing approximately 15 to 20kg, it can easily be placed on a table. The machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel (RVS), ensuring a very high-quality build.
