Application Area
With increasing testing demands, the need for a higher degree of automation also rises (compared to the Cflow). The Mflow is a modular, expandable device that allows you to determine the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and the melt volume-flow rate (MVR).
The Mflow melt flow tester, in its basic configuration, is designed for MFR testing according to Method A and can be expanded for MVR testing according to Method B. Testing in compliance with the following standards is possible:
• Methods A and B according to ISO 1133
• Methods A, B, and C according to ASTM D 1238
• ASTM D 3364
• JIS K 7210

Optionally, the Mflow can be equipped with, for example, pneumatic weight lifting—with or without cleaning function—or weight selection.
The Mflow can be operated either as a standalone device via a modern touch display or controlled from a PC using ZwickRoell testing software.
