Application Area:
With increasing testing demand, the need for higher automation levels (compared to the Cflow) also rises. The Mflow is a modularly expandable device that allows you to determine the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR). In its basic version, the Mflow melt flow tester is designed for MFR tests according to Method A and can be upgraded for MVR tests according to Method B.

Testing according to the following standards is possible:
Methods A and B according to ISO 1133
Methods A, B, and C according to ASTM D 1238
ASTM D 3364
JIS K 7210

Optionally, the Mflow can be expanded with features such as pneumatic weight lifting (with or without cleaning function) or weight removal.

The Mflow can be operated stand-alone via a modern touch display, or with ZwickRoell testing software on a PC.
