Heavy, strongly ribbed and rigid bed casting made from robust grey cast iron that prevents vibrations when the machine is properly leveled and operated.
Double prismatic, induction-hardened, and precision-ground guideways
Integrated gap bridge that can be removed for machining large workpieces.
Headstock:

The stable, heavily ribbed, and precision-machined headstock ensures vibration-free and accurate operation when the lathe processes parts at high speeds or under heavy-duty machining conditions.
The ground gears are made of induction-hardened steel and operate in an oil bath.
The spindle is hardened, precision-ground, and balanced; it features a standard version of the spindle bore and nose, including Camlock interface, direct mounting for 3-jaw self-centering and 4-jaw independent chucks, faceplates without jaws, or chuck mounting with flange connection.
The spindle bearings can use SKF, FAG, or NSK bearings with preloaded assembly for optimal bearing set installation. These bearings ensure high-precision performance of the machine for unlimited periods.
