With the genius 700, you are entering a new dimension in die-sinking EDM. High traverse speeds and reduced non-productive times ensure particularly fast processing of your orders. The ratio of table size to travel distance is unique in its class and enables optimal use of the table.

The machine offers by far the greatest dielectric height above the table in its class. Adjusting the dielectric fluid in the infinitely adjustable tank is simple and quick.

The machine is highly rigid due to preloaded roller guides. The C-axis has a comparatively high moment of inertia at 0.6 kg/m². In addition, it is equipped with a high-precision measuring system. Even demanding EDM processes can be carried out economically and with the highest precision using the genius 700. The "on-the-fly" filter change prevents downtime, and the central lubrication unit reduces maintenance time. The genius 700 can be accessed from two sides, allowing flexible positioning. The height-adjustable control panel is ergonomically designed and also allows seated operation.
