The granulation line consists of a belt conveyor, an agglomerator technologically integrated with the extruder, a two-stage twin-screw extruder with L/D ratios of 28:1 and 12:1, equipped with a degassing system, hydraulic screen changer, water ring pelletizer, centrifuge, vibrating feeder with a screen, pneumatic conveyors, buffer tank, and an automation system with a control cabinet. This line is a reliable recycling unit, suitable for plastic film, bags, scraps (≤ 0.5 mm), and other soft PE/PP waste. It features a compact design, ergonomic arrangement of devices, smooth operation, easy maintenance, low noise, and low energy consumption.

The control panel is dedicated solely to the line and includes all electrical components for all devices in the line, equipped with high-quality international components, including Siemens low-voltage electrical devices, Fuji inverter, Omron temperature controller, etc., which guarantees reliable operation of the production line.

Additionally, the control panel is fitted with a door-interlock safety device. When the door is opened, the power supply is cut off, ensuring no current in the panel. Inspection and maintenance are therefore much safer, eliminating the risk of electric shock. Once the door is closed, power is restored.

Feedstock requirements:
- Washed PE/PP film or bags
- Thickness ≤ 0.5 mm
- Raw material must be free from oil, metals and other contaminants.

Line working environment requirements:
- No freezing or condensation points
- Temperature: 0 ~ 40 ℃
