ZERMA ZIS

GENERAL
A signature feature of the ZIS series single-shaft shredders is their spacious cutting chambers, whose stability is ensured by their heavy-duty welded steel construction. The rotor diameter is a generous 457 mm, and rotor widths are available in 1200, 1500, and 2000 mm options. The ZIS series retains all the benefits of the ZSS series: drive via an oversized gearbox, reversible knives, bolted knife holders, robust external bearings, hydraulic screen cradle, user-friendly operation, and advanced control systems.

APPLICATIONS
The ZIS series was primarily developed for large-volume hollow bodies such as IBCs, waste bins, pallets, rain barrels, etc. In addition, the machine can be universally used for countless applications in the plastics and wood industries. Like all Zerma shredders, machines in the ZIS series can be equipped with various wear-resistant options.
