ZERMA ZCS

The Zerma ZCS shredder combines leading shredder and granulator technology in a single, compact unit. By developing the combination of shredder and granulator, ZERMA has successfully continued to expand its product portfolio.

Thanks to the interaction of the proven design and the high torque of the single-shaft shredder with a highly effective granulator, ZERMA can provide a reliable and compact pre-shredding system.

The shredder and granulator are driven individually, which ensures better control of the entire process. To further increase efficiency, the ZERMA Smart Drive System is used, which constantly monitors the load and adjusts the current accordingly, resulting in reduced energy consumption.

The ZERMA ZCS can be used in any application where consistent quality in shredding and granulation is required.
