Fast quality assurance in body construction
In addition to countless holes, automotive manufacturing also requires measurement of edges, cuts, or transitions. Especially during serial inspection, hole verification is an extremely time-consuming task. With the EagleEye Navigator, almost half the time can be saved when inspecting a complete body-in-white.

Typical labour-intensive steps involved in conventional measurement methods are completely eliminated: no insertion and removal of hemispherical adapters, zero material or handling costs, no storage overhead.

Shorter cycle times and high quality
And that's not all: using the ZEISS EagleEye navigator immediately shortens measurement cycle times and simultaneously increases the quality of pressed parts. The result is an exactly analysable outcome including data on the diameter, position, and shape of the measured feature – with micrometre precision.

With the ZEISS EagleEye navigator, the measuring machine becomes a true production asset.
