This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from material defects caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by the seller or its agents, or in case of injury to life, body or health. Ensuring compliance with such safety regulations is the responsibility of the end user.

All contracts concluded by me are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is agreed to be Mannheim.
