XTON Smart Cleaner SC 850

The XTON Smart Cleaner SC850™ automatic basket cleaning system is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and acid-resistant AISI 316 steel. It is designed for use across various industries and in the automotive sector. The cleaning system is intended for degreasing and cleaning parts contaminated with oil or grease, without damaging the surfaces of the cleaned components. Cleaning efficiency is enhanced by our proprietary XPOWER Active Cleaner BA solution, which, in combination with optimal temperature and pressure, effortlessly removes all types of contamination. The system operates in a closed-loop circuit at temperatures up to 80°C. Standard features include a rotating basket with an 85 cm diameter and a 250-litre tank, which can optionally be thermally insulated to prevent rapid fluid cooling. The Smart Cleaner SC850™ delivers high cleaning quality, saves time and energy, and ensures safe, user-friendly operation. The cleaning system is engineered for the automatic removal of contaminants from cast iron, aluminium, and steel surfaces.
