XTON Master Cleaner MC1500

Workshop cabin washing system, constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and acid-resistant AISI 316 steel, designed for professional use across various industries and the automotive sector.
It is used to remove heavy contamination without damaging the surface of the cleaned component.
The system operates in a closed circuit at temperatures up to 45°C. The worktop width is 150 cm.
The washer is equipped with a 110-liter tank, which can optionally be thermally insulated to prevent the heated liquid from cooling too quickly. Cleaning efficiency is enhanced by our proprietary XPOWER Active Cleaner fluid, which, in combination with the right temperature and nozzle pressure from the spray gun, effortlessly removes all types of dirt. Standard features include a high-pressure lance up to 140 bar, an air gun, and a low-pressure overflow brush. The wash cabin is pneumatically lifted, with adjustable height, bright lighting, and air ventilation for the viewing window to ensure comfortable operation. The construction and design of the Master Cleaner MC 1500 meet the highest quality standards according to ISO 9001 and environmental standards according to ISO 14001.

The Master Cleaner MC1500 is equipped with a special oil separator that effectively removes oil contamination from the water in the washer’s tank.
