A high-quality device for the regeneration of DPF/FAP/GPF/SCR/EURO 5/EURO 6 filters and catalytic converters. Constructed entirely from stainless steel (AISI 304) and acid-resistant steel (AISI 316), suitable for all vehicle types. The machine is equipped with a 275-liter tank, a high-pressure pump with a capacity of up to 250 l/min, and an integrated filter system for drying.

The Master Flash technology fully exploits the advantages of the hydrodynamic process and restores filter efficiency to up to 99.9% compared to a new filter. It is completely safe for the monolithic structure of DPF filters. Properly set parameters ensure that PM10, PM2.5 particles, soot, carbon deposits, oil, cerium oxides, and heavy metals are thoroughly removed, thus preserving the original factory filter characteristics.

The pump features a chemical seal, and electronics based on components from leading European manufacturers guarantee top quality and reliability. The machine comes with a system for measuring filter contamination (backpressure measurement) and an integrated drying system capable of reaching temperatures from 70 to 130 degrees Celsius. The advanced filtration system with a pre-cleaning filter significantly extends the service life of the main filters. Master Flash technology, combined with unique XPOWER DPF CLEANER chemistry, effectively removes PM10, PM2.5 particles, carbon deposits, oil, cerium, and heavy metals without mechanical intervention in the filter structure, restoring factory performance up to 99.9%.
