EXCELLENT CONDITION, REASON FOR SALE: UPGRADE. Production since 2020, approximately 5000 m³ processed.

WRAVOR WRC 1250 horizontal band saw, with solid flywheels and reinforced 17m frame, enabling 12m cutting length.

Loading deck for feeding the saw and 8m discharge roller conveyor: Both available as optional equipment.

Hydraulic equipment (dogs, log turners, and centering devices), remote control station, SIEMENS + WRAVOR cutting program, and joysticks included. Sawdust extraction/evacuation system along the entire length of the frame via overhead piping and hydraulic arm.

The saw bench length is adjusted to the maximum log length (with additional equipment on the frame).

Rugged construction, upper profiles made from high-durability special material (long lifespan).

*Quick log centering system – centrally located on the frame – with hydraulic claws or hydraulic centering devices (moveable right/left, up/down).

*Double-cylinder hydraulic log clamping axes move up/down, left/right and secure the log at all points regardless of its shape.

*Hydraulic rollers – move up/down (individually or all together) and rotate – to level the log on the frame, move it forwards/backwards, and transfer the last board/beam from the sawmill to the discharge conveyor (or in another direction).

*Hydraulic generator power supply – three power feed options, with or without frequency inverter

Optional cable-driven saw head movement: more robust, increased precision, and easy cable replacement in case of fraying
